onEarth Foundation – OASIS-2027

OASIS-2027 is a platform designed by onEarth Foundation to raise awareness about environmental protection and seek sustainable solutions to systemic challenges related to climate change.
It focuses on a common European problem of desertification and water scarcity, while raising transnational solidarity through collaboration and interdisciplinary exchange.
Offering a programme of creative residencies and an exhibition, it links three regions – Bledowska Desert, Magdeburg and Mallorca – prone to cultural isolation.
OASIS-2027 stimulates dialogues between artists, scientists and local communities.
It aims to develop a blueprint for transregional collaboration, which can be implemented by other projects aiming for regeneration and unification of Europe.
