Reflections – CRAFT’s Mutual Learning Session: Policy Learnings and Community Engagement

26 Mar 2025

On Tuesday, 25 March 2025, CrAFt hosted an online Mutual Learning Session that brought together three years of lessons and case studies in policy and community engagement. The session offered insights into EU policy developments and hands-on community engagement practices from dozens of European cities.

Participants heard from experts on current EU frameworks, including the New European Bauhaus and NEB Facility, and reflected on ways to strengthen local strategies through collaboration and shared learning. The event was moderated by Klára Zámečníková and Michaela Dašková from the Czech Technical University in Prague, featuring Maciej Hofman, Public Policy Advisor, and José Rodríguez, CrAFt Communications Manager, both from the European Cultural Foundation.

Creating Actionable Futures (CrAFt) is part of the New European Bauhaus initiative of the European Union. It places the transition to climate neutrality at the heart of urban action and collaboration.
