The project connects theatre with urban life and young people’s civic identities by involving them in community-based creative activities that reflect their stories, challenges, and visions for the future. Örkény István Theater will foster creativity and communication skills through participatory theatre, encouraging empathy and civic responsibility. By collaborating with both local theatres and international partners, including artists and educators from European art universities, networks will be created that democratize cultural, social, and political engagement. This initiative brings together young people, artists, and art mediators, enriching their involvement in theatre institutions and supporting a culture of participation.
