In this special ECF e-zine we bring you an array of cultural and political voices with insightful things to say on the subject of mobility, along with a brief guide to the funds and tools avail- able. At the same time this e-zine is a means of saying farewell to our retiring Board Member Hywel Ceri Jones. Hywel stood at the cradle of the European Commission ́s Erasmus pro- gramme for student exchange, which the ECF managed from 1987 to 1995.
