Interactive Maidanchik

The new edition of the original WRO project, “Interactive Maidanchik” is established to inspire communities through creative practice. Dedicated to Wroclaw newcomers i.e. Ukrainian children, their caregivers and families, aiming to restore the value of being with others and to rebuild a sense of safety in a shared space of art and play, a dedicated team in collaboration with Ukrainian specialists, experts and mediators, will create and nourish a safe space with aesthetic, educational and social functions as a meaningful tool for dialogue with new neighbours and inhabitants. The program will be led by Ukrainian Art Guides and artists currently based in Wroclaw, giving them also the possibility to continue their artistic practice and to contact a broad audience within WRO’s space.
