Orlando Festival – Our fantastic institutions

The project will organise a workshop for high school students to collectively and critically reflect on public institutions as tools to access civil, human, social, and economic rights, with a focus on gender, national and cultural identities, and non-conforming bodies. The workshops by Orlando Festival will involve the creation of a fictional institution, which is a fantastically re-designed entity able to go beyond the limits and problematic aspects of real-life versions and include the new needs and rights emerging from our complex and ever-changing society.
