The circus network across Europe has self organised to help circus students and artists fleeing the realities of war in Ukraine to find work, shelter and safe places to stay across Europe. Cirkus Syd team has volunteered to be a contact point between artists, linking them to opportunities in the field. The network aims to help artists who were either on tour when the war started and their contracts are ending in the near future, or from artists escaping the country and have no idea where to go. In total 10 artists will be also supported financially while looking for teaching, training or performing opportunities.
