City Talks #1: Istanbul

In October 2013, we have organised our first City Talks at De Balie in Amsterdam, in collaboration with the Amsterdam Municipality. This City Talk focused on Istanbul and the Biennale through the eyes of Görgün Taner (ECF’s Chairman, Director of İstanbul Kültür Sanat Vakfı).
This event is part of a series that will continue through our 60th Anniversary year in 2014.
