These individual care grants provide direct, flexible support to cultural professionals in and from Ukraine who are working with displaced people and refugees, especially within vulnerable communities such as veterans.

The maximum grant amount is up to €1,200, and the application deadline was 8th of September 2026, 13:00 CET.
