Culture Helps Solidarity is launching its second and final call for Collaboration Grants. This call supports international projects that use arts and culture to aid the integration of displaced Ukrainians into host communities, with a strong focus on mental well-being, vulnerable groups, and veterans.

The fund prioritises cross-border partnerships between at least one Ukrainian-led organisation (operating in Ukraine or in exile) and at least one organisation based in a Creative Europe country. Grants of up to €20,000 are available for partnerships of two organisations, and up to €30,000 for partnerships involving three or more partners. The projects should foster intercultural dialogue, professional exchange, and long-term solidarity.

The call for proposals opened on September 1. If you are looking for a project partner, an online matchmaking event and Q&A session will take place on September 15 at 14:00 Amsterdam time / 15:00 Kyiv time. The final deadline to submit your collaborative proposal is November 10, 2026, at 13:00 Amsterdam time / 14:00 Kyiv time. 

This open call is the second and final call for proposals for collaboration grants. At least 15 international projects will be awarded. Culture Helps Solidarity will continue to open Calls for thematic project grants and individual care grants also in 2027.
